Description of Service

PetPortrait AI provides AI-powered creative services for pet owners, including:

  • AI Pet Portraits — Transform your pet photos into stunning artwork across a wide variety of art styles
  • AI Pet Music — Generate personalized songs inspired by your pet
  • 3D Pet Sculptures — Create 3D digital sculpture and memorial relief models from your pet photos

All generations are powered by artificial intelligence and require credits to use.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: You may sign in using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name and email).

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

Credits and Payments

  1. Credit System: Our service operates on a credit-based system. Different generation types cost different amounts of credits:

    • AI Pet Portrait: 5 credits
    • AI Pet Music: 10 credits
    • 3D Pet Sculpture: 15 credits

  2. Free Credits: New users receive 5 free credits upon registration.

  3. Purchasing Credits: Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans. All prices are listed in USD.

  4. Credit Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire.

  5. Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if an AI generation fails due to a system error, the credits consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account.

  6. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

User Content and Generated Content

  1. Your Uploads: You retain ownership of any pet photos or images you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the image solely for the purpose of generating your requested output.

  2. Generated Content: AI-generated portraits, music, and 3D sculptures created through our service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of the generated outputs.

  3. Content Guidelines: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse processing any content at our discretion.

  4. Temporary Storage: Generated content may be stored temporarily on our servers. We recommend downloading your creations promptly, as we do not guarantee long-term storage of generated files.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass credit requirements or manipulate the billing system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service

Intellectual Property

The PetPortrait AI platform, including its design, code, AI models, art style configurations, and branding, is the property of aipetgenerator.net. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

  • The quality, accuracy, or artistic merit of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
  • The suitability of generated content for any specific purpose

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. This is inherent to AI technology and does not constitute a defect in our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPortrait AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
